So I looked at a list of fps that you can solo and it said Boarding Party was 29 which I am but solo isn't available. Quest log says 33 is that the level it should become available?

All solo ones need to be taken from the activity list which says solo. just except the quest. Not done them recently but did do the battle of rishi as part of conquest today which is level 58. I just took the quest from the list and it was ok. Don't take quest from fleet if soloing unless you are capable of doing Vet mode.

I've done it before on fleet once it became available in activity finder. Guess I just need to wait till it shows up.
