The Unity Gaming Community will be leaving Star Wars: The Old Republic on the 15th December 2013.

This has not been an easy decision and is one that has been discussed and debated for over 3 months at Senate level. Last night, after a mammoth 3 hour meeting, the Community Senate voted to withdraw from SWTOR unanimously.

01/19/2013 Teamspeak Community Pazaak Night 19th Jan (Pazaak, an ancient game dating back to Old Republic times, was a popular card game in which the goal was to reach 20 without going over, or at least come closer to it than the opponent. The player with the nearest sum to the number 20 won the round, and the player who won three rounds won the match. If in one round the scores of the two players were equal, the round was not counted at all).

This is one of the social events we do outside of games, we use the Pazaak game client and use our Pazaak teamspeak channel to have a social night.

As always, a F2P level 1 casual player is as welcome in Unity as a level 50 subbed player.

at what times do you guys raid?

We start our raids at 7.30PM Uk time (log on by 7.15) and they tend to last upto 3 hours so around 10.30 finish. We do 3 a week on both factions, 1 normal story mode for those new to ops so we can ease them in, plus 2 HMs a week

Hi Ziso,

I'm looking for a guild to house my toons and yours seems right up my alley. I've a Jugg Tank, Assassin DPS, Merc Healer, Sorc Healer, Marauder, all at level 50 and a few other lower-level toons.

I'm looking for a social guild who do the odd HM FP and Op, but without the elitist pressures that come with it (I've been in a few guilds who promote "seriousness" over "fun").

At the moment, I've been concentrating on gearing up my Marauder (named "Spoony"), but if you require any of the above, let me know in-game.

Just head on over to our website http://unity-guild.com and register there. Once registered, click on "join us" and fill in an application (it will be accepted). Due to poor guild features ingame at the moment, we run all events and signups for ops on our website so this way you will have forum access once permissions have been set up. You only need to apply once, as alts are then auto added for you.

Im sure you will enjoy it with us as although we are very active we put no pressure on members to level or log on for certain amount of times so its a nice casual run guild thats been in Tor since launch and we are here for a long time to come yet.

Once the application is done, officers read the site daily (probably more when in work hehe) and will add you to friends list once next ingame to catch you ingame for an invite.

Hey there.

I understand that all applications are done through the website, however before I go and sign up I was wondering if there were any requirements (mainly level requirements) for joining.

As it stands I played SWTOR at release and then went travelling (Australia and new Zealand), now I am back and I have started up again but on red eclipse (as my old guild quit and the server was dead) so I am in the process of leveling. I already have a Sentinel at 50 but realised there are far too many DPS on the server, so I have started on a power tech and Jug and I am going to get both to 50 and focus on tanking on whichever I prefer.

I have plenty of free time as I work from home a lot so the multiple characters is no real biggie I can hit 50 in no time at all (plus leveling is easy when you are a sub and have all the legacy unlocks lol).

So despite the long winded post I guess my real question is, should I wait till I get the Powertech or Jug to 50 before applying or are you also accepting those who are progressing through all aspects of the game?

There are no level restrictions with Unity. A level 1 player of 1 day is as welcome in Unity as a level 50 experienced player. There is also no pressure to level up quickly as we say enjoy the story lines on the way.

Although alot of Tor content is end game related ie Ops, Dailies, we also cater for lower levels in the guild levelling with members being able to post on our events forum to arrange guild group flashpoints and on our datacron runs which we do often, even if the world is level 50, lower levels can come along as we can protect them so they are welcomed on our runs also.

We have your application fine, and you have been added to friends list ingame by our officers so as soon as we see you online we will send an invite to you.

Our guild leader who does the forum admin also, normally officially approves applications on a Sunday so then you will probably find you have forum access also.

To speed it up, would you like to give me your alts names also, on each faction, and ill ensure that all of them are added to officers friends list.
