Hey guys since my in game attempts arent clear I think i have to do this the hard way. I'm looking for a guild that not only uses vent, but is on an east coast server and doesnt suffer from a few folks that hang around all the friggin time and mumble and are barely audible. only other requirements I have is a few people that are on fairly steadily. and east coast would be nice, on POTF so i have some raiding capability would be nice but not not necessary.

Isn't there a guild recruitment section on the server forums?

Other than that, since you seem to indicate you're not tied into any particular server, it would be to go to the similar Guild Recruitment forums and see if anything in there floats your boat.
