Sir-steve
Noticed this evening that when initiating a vote to kick someone from a WZ group that they can essentially over ride it by initiating combat. This would seem somewhat contrary to the intended mechanic.....can we get this looked at/fixed?
Quinlynn
As I understood it, all they have to do is not be AFK. IE a window pops up before they are ejected and they just click to stop the kick.
So-low
Your understanding of the Vote to Kick system in Warzones is flawed. The vote to kick is only for AFK players. If they are engaged in combat, they are not AFK.

-Holmes
And what if they're not AFK yet simply refusing to play? Edited February 12, 2013 by -Holmes
Joesixxpack
This is cheesy but not sure what could be done technically to fix it. I can recall only 1 AFKer successfully kicked. A few got back into the match after the warning, but most engaged for a sec to avoid the kick then AFKed again in a less obvious spot. Memo-
And what if they're not AFK yet simply refusing to play? Had this in an lowbie-AH a few days back. A Marauder, after one death, went to sit under the spawn (the tunnel with the speed buff). He was hiding in a corner so he was hard to spot. After I called him out and initiated the vote, he just said something smart-a-s-s-y in the ops-chat, went to die in a combat, and after rez he just returned to the same spot. beattlebilly
But what if they are afk and someone attacks them? Then they will be kicked out of the warzone if they die and don't rez or leave the spawn area in time.
SOULCASTER
I would personally like to add a "Vote to Kick...off server" button in warzones. The PUGs I've seen over the course of this past year have been so bad that I would like the option to kick them off of my PVP server and send them to a PVE carebear land server. Working as intended vote kick is not for kicking just any one u want it to kick the afkers from the warzone. So there will be no fix needed as it works like the devs want it to Edited February 12, 2013 by Neoforcer
cashogy_reborn
its only for AFK people. you cant actually boot someone from a WZ the way you can from a Group Finder group
