Why was the level 60 legacy GEAR REMOVED ? <--- TOPIC NAME

The reason why is EVEN THO IT HAD A RATING OF 188

He was still useful for cosmetic changes for character appearance and you guys have basically removed the only thing that was ever useful about the harbor in the first place.

We can't even sell it to a vendor just to get rid of it

I personally love HAVING the freedom to dine a certain piece of armor and equipment to any character I wish I still have some of the armor sat but now I'm not free to move them about ?

WHY DID IS HAPPEN ?

If we can't have it be legacy wide equipping and at least give us the freedom to sell the junk because right now that's all it is about the legacy ability it's completely useless and sadly the dye packs I placed MINE cant be used for other characters
