Riggler Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 Bring up your skills panel (default key is "P" if I recall correctly)...find the skill and drag it back onto your toolbar...then you can lock the toolbar either from the preferences window or by clicking the little lock icon on the left of the toolbar...
