Very simple:

 

Synthweaving - force user gear, augments, armorings

uses Power Crystals and Artifacts from Archeology gathering skill

uses Fabrics from Underworld Trading mission skill

 

Armormech - non force user gear, augments, armorings

uses Scrap Metals from Scavenging gathering skill

uses Underworld Metals from Underworld Trading mission skill

 

Cybertech - modifications, enhancements, ear pieces, other stuff

uses Scrap Metals from Scavenging gathering skill

uses Underworld Metals from Underworld Trading mission skill

 

Artiifces - color crystals for weapons and offhands, light sabers, hilts, relics, generators, focuses

uses Power Crystals and Artifacts from Archeology gathering skill and also color crystals

uses crystals from Treasure Hunting mission skill

 

Armstech - blasters, guns, barrels, knives, augments

uses Scrap Metals from Scavenging gathering skill

uses researched compounds from Investigation mission skill

 

Biochem - implants, stim, medicals

uses compounds and samples from Bioanalysis gathering skill

uses medical supplies from Diplomacy mission skill

 

 

Still left: Slicing. used for all crafting skills for violet items.

 

Note: not all materials can be obtained via crew skills. High end gear needs materials from Operations and Master Mode Flashpoints.
