Windu almost defeated Palpatine, except for Anakin's meddling, and was perhaps the greatest jedi duelist. While Dooku was a great duelist, using Makashi, I believe Mace was much stronger. Aurbere Posted June 10, 2012 Share Posted June 10, 2012 Dooku is one of the greatest duelists of all time. It is even recorded that he bested Windu in a friendly duel.
