lexiekaboom Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 I've been thinking of how to balance the complex issues that are bogging down your PVP system when I released that I'm not the right guy for the job. You have the right people for the job already working for you, and the problem is clearly with motivation. I suggest the following fix; 1) Give your PVP team level 50 republic toons on an IMP dominated server 2) They may not play Vanguards or Sages 3) Force them to play these toons alone, not able to interact with each other in any way other then in game text 4) Start them with level 40 PVP gear but allow them to earn better gear the normal way. 5) Do not start paying them for the day of work until they have earned 3 warzone wins and collected 30 armaments from Ilum PVP would be fixed in under a week.
