i'm having a problem ..

i keep getting demanded with "one-time" password to be sent to my email .. why? i am both a subscriber and have security key to my account. when i log on, i put on my security key number (no problem) but then whenever i try anything, i get bombarded with one-time password nonsense....... the only reason i got a security key was to avoid this nuisance. so, what's going on? and how can i actually enjoy this game without this constant annoyance?

First thing be absolutely sure you are on the right account.

Second if you are on the right account check if you really have the SecKey set up.

If the Account has an Security Key the only mail you might get is at the first Level 20 Char to Verify your account.
