Just give us voice modulations like the helmets do, with the added option to add it like a weapon effect to the head slot, with or without a helmet.

I have a rifle-wielding Mandalorian, ie an "operative" = I'd like him to have a deeper voice than the vanilla agent (I know we cannot change the voice acting however we can change pitch and voice texture)
