Hive of the Mountain Queen VM

I am interested in getting 258 main-hand and off-hand before jumping into Ranked PvP. And yes, I know it will be obsolete come next month but it's still something I'd like to do.

I've had one go at Queen on VM but that was with a group in which most members clearly didn't know what they were doing (myself somewhat included). I've read a guide on the mechanics and watched some videos but nothing will of course come close to getting the practical experience.

The problem is that most groups forming in chat - understandably so - require you to have completed the achievement before. Now I understand the reasons as to why but am wondering how people like me get started on doing Queen VM. I suppose people do it with their guilds? As I am not a member of one maybe I should go looking to join one? Do most guilds run Queen VM on a frequent basis or will I have a hard time finding one that may be willing to run it with me?

Thanks in advance.

Yup, getting into harder raid content in general is best done with a guild. Then once you know all the mechanics, you can go run fleet pugs with other experienced people if you so choose.
