However, I've just saved the Royal Cousins, and sent them to Lana for imprisonment. The letter she sends me as a result is so funny, so *Lana*, and I so in the moment of the story reading it, I actually started to write her a reply!!

Now if that isn't good storytelling/character building by BW, I don't know what is. It's a small small thing, but made me believe for a couple of seconds that my in game NPC friend was a real person. And it made me laugh.

Excellent stuff and why I still have faith in Bioware.
