I had 5 of these earlier today on two different accounts (both preferred accounts) on one account i got 5 items per pack but only 4 items per pack on the other account, does anyone know why? I feel a little rip off on the one account. As they are both preferred I cannot send in a in-game ticket. All packs were brought today, so not from different content packs.
