Been 10 hours so far and calling didn't resolve anything. But I bought CC $60 worth they sat unclaimed and I logged off to go to a diff toon they were missing. I assumed at this time that I needed to claim them on the toon I bought them from so whatever I switch back and boom...missing. Now im panicking here because behold as my CC are still spent but my items are missing as well its been 10 hrs since I put out a ticket, and not to be an *** but like yeah $60 is not something I want to just wait on.
