So the tooltip of IP. says as follows: "Summons an interrogation probe that clings to the target that deals 63390 energy damage over 18 seconds. Only one interrogation probe can be active at a time."

But when I parse the damage it does nowhere near that, it is averaging about 1/3rd of the damage the tooltip says it should do, dealing about 25k over the 18 seconds. Which is rlly bad considering that you can only have it on one target. all im wondering is if this is intended.

The tooltip is bugged, yes. But the real damage is more like a 1/2 than 1/3. It deals energy damage that is heavily mitigated by armor.
