Hello, I am stuck at 500 in Biochem, I am level 70, I should have more shematics to up my level but it's not the case, all my schematics are greys, and trainer has no schematics (even when I filter to all) ...

I am completely stuck and I do not know how to unlock this.

I would double check your list of schematics, you should be able to craft Assembly components or something else non-grey to get to 501, and then the next round of schematics become available on the trainer.
