It's run essentially by two members of the factions intelligence services + the Outlander, who, regardless of background, has participated in military campaigns. Just an observation I had. How do you see your Alliance? Militarist Stratocracy led by Colonel ******? An Intelligence-led coup of the Galaxy? A Jedi/Sith Ordenstaat? Discuss!
