As far as I can tell all decorations are now guild-donated at least as far as I can tell, even flashpoint drops and operation drops that were not normally done that way which makes it easier for guilds to get more than one item. I'm still hoping for those fireworks, but in the meantime, I have a lot to play with. I found about 30 new decorations I could Purchase For Guild.
