Ultimately, I'd like to have them, but while Ion Cell is only doing a fraction of the damage that it says it should do, is it worth improving it by 8% and 25% respectively? I'm thinking Ion Cell might be worth it since it also increases the dot duration from 6 to 9 seconds. What are your folks' thoughts on it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I guess ti doesn't matter because those are two of the best things you can get as a deep shield-spec player. Post your build and we can get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve. Cavadus Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 (edited) Since the Ion Cell proc (and the DoT you can talent into) are broken and only doing ~25% of their listed damage, yes, both are incredibly worthless. I'd also say "Ion Overload" is pretty worthless unless you absolutely need the DoT proc for High Impact Bolt.
