When start the video the game freezes, I have to restart the computer and login game but the error happens again. Obviously I can't continue with the next mission, This failure had already happened to me on other occasions but it was solved by restarting the computer.

 

Please help me.

Just throwing this out there, have you tried reseting the quest? One time I was in the Gravestone and I forgot to grab something from the fleet so I ported out and and hit play when I was done. And it put me back in the same spot but the damn door wouldn't open so I was stuck on the bridge, finally I thought about resetting it (doesn't work if your in a stronghold) goto Fleet or Odesson or an actual place and hit reset on the quest tab.

The same thing has happened to me, although I am sure that it only remains to finish the video, but when the sequence starts the game freezes. But I will follow your advice. Thanks.

It's solved, really when I connected the mission was over.
