Youre talking about the inheritance and birthright gear tokens. Those items iirc have been removed from the game. I recently logged on a bank alt that had an entire bank tab full of multiples of every piece of these two types. I cashed them all in, waited on the cd's, and sold every bit of it for a pretty decent amount of creds.

If they do still drop then i have no idea where from. I havent seen those tokens drop for a very long time. Im pretty sure they no longer exist.
