Last night, I logged in with one of my rarely used Imperial 50s and was able to get the dailies. This character had the previous daily and weekly wz missions in the log. I abandoned both of these missions and was able to pick up the new daily / weekly.

Wondering if maybe the people affected by this bug continued on with wz missions that were in the log before the expansion went live. In my case, I know all of my other characters still had at least the weekly mission in their logs which I completed after the update.
