Anyone else having the problem where they try to change their resolution...but then the screen goes black before you can click keep settings, then it goes to loading screen...then right back to the resolution it was on?

and on a side note, does bioware GMs ever contact you? cause they sure don't contact me...they just close my tickets and don't tell me anything about it, horrible way of handling things.

The problem is the client attempts to do a quick reload after you apply that option. What's going on in the background that you're missing is a counter asking something along the lines of "Do you wish to keep this setting?". If you don't confirm before the countdown finishes it reverts to your old setting.

 

Now, in your case your client is loading slowly enough that you're missing the opportunity to confirm entirely. On my system the client finishes reloading and displays the prompt with two or three seconds to spare, and I have to quickly confirm with a mouseclick before it reverts.

 

You might try lowering all your graphic settings long enough to get the resolution change you're after. Maybe your client will reload more quickly that way and you can confirm the change, and after that's set up properly you can redo your other visual options.
