It definitely won't. Flashpoint-specific BoP loot is always for one of the classes playing that flashpoint. No Empire class equips Aim-based Blaster Rifles. This isn't strictly true; I've soloed grey flashpoints with my knight to farm for particular shells (Maelstrom robes look so much cooler in other people's screenshots than my game ), and I did have to farm, because the game still dropped consular and trooper gear on me all over the place. On the plus side, that Scoundrel Medic's jacket looks completely sweet on Doc.... But yeah, there won't be any Aim rifles on the loot table to begin with.
