By my calculation at $14.99 a month every hour of February is worth just over $0.02. With a total number of hours in the 670s, that means they were up and playable 97% of the time. 97% availability isn't the bad number you're trying to make it out to be, especially when that entails an event, and the obvious issues that can occur.
