Hey guys, in the patch notes i seen it said they fixed the 'delay' when using an Ability...

I have played all characters, on both West and East coast... I live in Australia (Ping 200), my PC specs dont even need to be mentioned i run this game at 97 frames perfectly... My living in Australia and having 200ms, thats about 0.2second delay in attacks... but my problem is sometimes 1-4 second delays (sometimes needing to click ability's a number of times for them to activate) over all classes and servers.

I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this, is it just a 'bug' in the game, im curious to see if other people have this problem or even if people have a solution... I am almost at the point of unsubbing, i enjoy both PvE and PvP and i absolutely love this game, but i wouldnt pay $15 a month for a 1-4sec delay that gets me killed most of the time because they get 10 hits in to my 4
