Iam glad and very grateful for the job Mike B. and his team did for solo ranked. You really revealed and punished all notorious Wintraders. However, by ignoring what is happening in team ranked you just showed Wintraders that instead of solo ranked they should go and cheat in team ranked since it is more safe to wintrade there compared to solo ranked. This only means you poked them and told to do their dirty dealings in other place, on neighbor's street. But it won't work because they still will get their rewards (both top 96 and gold) by cheating and minimum effort. Famous wintrader and account seller on DM and his friend already have few top 3 chars with 12-30 wins only with pretty suspicious statistics (first they opened on around 1650 then dropped significantly to around 1400, and in the end got to nearly 1550). Some of unknown players who had never been seen in ranked also have top spots with 10-20 wins and all their wins were obtained during saturday-sunday days only (because it is easy to make wintrade groups at early mornings during weekends since most of people are not working/studying during weekends).

 

You need to do something with team ranked. Returning mats or other useful rewards to revive it, so it becomes more difficult for cheaters to wintrade due to high quantity of groups queueing tr, making minimum rating/number of wins needed to get proper tier (for instance, 70 for top 96 and 50 for gold) or start revealing and punishing wintraders who queued against same people during season and didn't fight other teams.

 

Otherwise all your hard work for solo ranked was made just to show the right path for cheaters where they can feel safe and do what they want.

Its important to keep on pointing out how bad the situation in team ranked is. People really got away with top 3s in team ranked this season and this should not be allowed.

Pretty much this. It is same as cops arrest drug sellers but instead of bringing them to court they confiscate their drugs and tell them that they should sell their drugs on other street even though that street is located nearby. It won't help much at all

I hope there is high attention for this week. The amount of leavers and people throwing games was beyond believe on DM in the last days. You always get two players to do something stupid in each team. In the end even SR is a team game.
