laz_AU
Hey all, I recently hit 65 with my Assassin and decided I should upgrade from my quest gear. I was able to buy a full set of Stalker PVP gear and was about to spend common data crystals on a set of PVE gear from the feet vendor but is it really worth it? Is my PVP gear enough to get me through FP's and SM ops until I've picked up a full set of gear from them? Thanks in advance! VegasTheLost
Most definitely enough for SM OPS. Don't bother to buy comm gear. With PVP gear you'll get set bonus so with bolster you'll perform better than others in comm gear.
JouerTue
one of our healers does a lot of pvp..he healed as mistake multiple hm bosses with full ranked pvp gear..comms on the other hand are pugs love so nobody will kick you with comms gear while it could happen if leader is ignorant and you have pvp gear. i'd say pvp anyway though. NikSunrider
I can solo-heal SM content in 204s and get through some hardmodes in PVP 208s. At least until 220s, PVP gear is superior to comms gear.
