I have a friend who is having some major issues. Her one time password isn't arriving at all, tried whitelisting the sender, poking at troubleshooting threads (I don't think my email is linked to origin so that's not much of a workaround), most the threads on 'wat do' about this are like several years old.

She can't login to make a post, so I'm doing it for her, and she's using Hotmail..if that's relevant

If it has been more then 24 hours (in case it is just a mail server delay) can phone (Link) and update the email address manually

once back in if a security key is added to the account this eliminates the need for the emails altogether if it helps

Yeah, hotmail going kerflooey meant I couldn't play today.

Seems to be fixed now though.

I'm the person who this post was made for - I can confirm it did turn out to be a hotmail issue, servers weren't receiving sent emails for something like 12+ hours. Noticed some emails only came in today - so yeah that was hellish but it wasn't a thing on biowares' end, you can mark this as fixed now.
