Feels really great to be back after all this time, but i admit I feel a tad lost. The last time I played was when 50 was the cap. I do have a subscription so I figured my first goal is to complete the story for all the expansions in my 8 year absence. Does anyone know where I might find some guides to brush up on all the changes? Thanks in advance.

The best thing to do would be to start a new level 1 character and at least play it long enough to get yourself (re-)familiarized with the game. After that you can get on to taking any other characters through the rest of the game.

Exactly this. I was in your shoes three weeks ago. I returned after 8 years, I am a founder and made two characters to lvl50 in 2011-2012. However there has been so many changes that I decided to make a fresh lvl1 character. Now he is lvl 70 and just finished his class story.

But I am not in a hurry to continue to the DLC content so I started another lvl1 character... :-)
