When i want to start another KoTFE story arc, the message said to delete your current character to get an outlander token back, but when i do delete it it says i wont get it back. Does someone know how to fix this?

You can't as such fix it. If you complete any kind of mission (including getting back a result from a crew skill mission) or a chapter, the token is "locked" and cannot be recovered by deleting the character. I believe the same is true of the largely theoretical case of successfully levelling up a character to 61 from 60 or 66 from 65 without completing a mission.

 

But of course you don't need an Outlander token to play KotFE. Just level up a normal character and then begin KotFE when you reach level 60. (Or even wait until you've completed the class story and the <Story Arc> missions and the Revan stuff before doing it, regardless of your level, so that you know what all the meatbag bickering is about.)

 

The Outlander tokens are nor more and no less than a shortcut.
