It's time to think about relics..

I'm infiltration and for sure I will take an Use Relic of power.

The second relic it will be a dmg proc or a power proc, which?!

Ok so:

Relic A: 510power for 6s each 20s

Relic B: 241dmg each 4,5s

I'm not sure if these counts are right, if u think I wrong, tell me!

(I hypothesize a perfect proc on 300s of fight (5mins))

510pow * 72 / 300 = 122 average power

122power * 0.23 = ~ 28 dps increase (with a 30% crit: 28*1.3 = ~ 36 dps rougly!)

Relic B:

300s / 4,5s = 66 procs

241 dmg * 66 procs = 15906dmg on 5mins of fight

15906dmg / 300s = ~ 53 dps increase (with 30% crit: 53*1.3= ~69 dps rougly!)

So, it seems Relic B >> Relic A but I want to listen what you think.

Your math is a bit off.

The power proc relic is basically a boost ever 3/10 of a second if it was spread out because it isn't the math behind it is

6/20=0.3*510=153*0.3 proc chance =45.9 per tick of DPS per second the more ticks of damage a second you have the more likely it is to proc then you add another 29 power from the relic itself you receive 5

0.3*510*(0.3*Tps up to 1.0)+29=182 power per second or 41.86 bonus damage per second at infinite ticks of DPS.

the DPS relic is

1/4.5=0.222*241=53 DPS + 29 power (6.67 bonus damage)

Let me tell you right now. Having bonus damage is a lot more worthwhile than having a single move have 53 DPS, but both are only really useful to DoT specs. burst specs should have a power clickie and the proc power because even if it doesn't crit every time it can, it still grants enough power to be worth while.

Wait, ok relic procs with 30%chance but ideally (and I have wroten that I were studying them on a ideal situation, cuz IDEALLY relics can proc each time)
