But when I used it (bound the item) I couldn't unlock it for alts in my collections (it says I don't even have this item in the first place). Same goes for my (complete) investigator armor set, although I can see that set in collections but I can't unlock it for all alts or claim extra copies from it. I did contact Customer Service about it ASAP, but they said they couldn't do anything and to file a bug report due to the volume of complaints on this they were seeing. Working as intended. Outfits that are sold with mods already installed in the set do not unlock in Collections. It says so in the item's description.
