Any break in your rotation will be a dps loss, even to drop OS unless you have the 2 piece PvP set bonus. Also, where you insert OS in your rotation can be the difference 100-150 dps. In BiS 72s in was averaging 2900+ on the dummy consistently. Another thing i can think of is maybe your Stats (Acc, Crit, Surge) need to be tweeked a little for the hybrid spec. Also relic choice can make a big difference. I'd be happy to go over rotation with you if you'd like. Catch me on fleet sometime or send me a tell if you see me on.
