DrRepulsor Posted July 2, 2020 Share Posted July 2, 2020 (edited) 6 set bonus for Veteran Ranger (Vanguard/Powertech set bonus for shoulder cannon) additional rocket proc does not proc shield cannon for PTs and guard cannon for VGs (shield cannon and guard cannon - proficiency for VGs and PTs heals for 3% for each shoulder cannon). So it pretty much Veteran Ranger 6 set bonus 75% chance to proc additional shoulder cannon does not proc heal from guard cannon. If you can please look into it. Much appreciated 👍.
