Got this from my email: Your Complimentary Cartel Coin Reward Grant. That means they are still giving you your monthly CCs, which you should expect until the time you already paid for runs out. If you cancel a 180-day block subscription just after it charged you, for example, you should expect to get five (six?) more grants afterwards.
