Hi!

Here's what my issue looks like: I click on SWTOR, the login screen comes up fine, the next little screen where you press the yellow PLAY button comes up fine, and then the character selection screen comes up just FINE. When I press the play button on the character selection screen, it goes to the interlude screen where the blue bar on the bottom is loading, and then right when the bar gets just a tiny bit away from the end, it just stays there and nothing happens. I've restarted my computer at least a dozen times, gone through the EA troubleshooting guides, browsed the forums and google, but I haven't seen anything documented that describes the exact issue I'm having. I'm hoping that I'm an idiot and missed something super simple that fixes it all. If anyone has any helpful advice, I'd be super grateful!

Try creating a new character, see if the transition works on that and then see if it lets you into the game.

If you are only testing this one one character, it could be this character is stuck or bugged somewhere.
