Electrified Shields Lasts 20 seconds Costs 15 energy Instant Deploys a probe that attaches to your portable cover, giving it a strong charge of electricity. Any melee attacker receives a "Electrified" DoT. Stacks up to 4 times. Is cumulative with Electrified Railgun. Or it could be converted into a talent. Whatever.
