This is disappointing, it wouldn't be so bad if it was an intended mechanic like in a game like FFXI where you died and lost experience points and could de-level if you lost to many experience points. But for this to be an unintended side effect is just unacceptable. The fact that they said it would have to be addressed in a future update and there is evidence the bug has been existent for at least 3 years is appalling. I mean what am I supposed to do if this happens again. I don't want to continuously be moving forward only to have a bug slap me back down of hours of play.
