I won't guarantee anything, but usually when I do something in the game that I didn't mean to, bought a PvP loot box for a level 30 when I meant to click the 20 one, I submit a ticket and they are usually pretty good about responding and helping you. After all, customer support and service is about supporting the customer and serving them so that they will be happy and continue to consume your products. Like candy and a baby. Like candy and a baby. Hahaha, hope you aren't refering to the CS in this game? They are actually driving people away with their automated ticket-handling. I expect a sorry, tough luck thanks for playing type response. I'm pretty sure a deletion is final. I could be wrong and very happy if I am. It was a kind of snarky thing to say because I wanted Bioware to take customer service more seriously with the ticket responses. I understand having an automated response, because let's face it, there are at least thousands of tickets submitted each day and a lot of them may be entirely meaningless. I just wish they'd do a better job. OP, I hope that they respond to you soon and with a response that involves you getting your toon back. Though if they don't, the good news is that character name is available again and you can remake your character. Just trying to be positive, even if dragging back through the game sucks.
