You don't understand, you've destroyed everything. You've... "Not yet"? This is a strange, cryptic thing for a dying Sith to say...Did I miss something, or will this possibly be explained in a future expansion? Sith are also arrogant, so she's lamenting the fact that a Jedi cut her down before she could complete her great purpose. Anyway, it sounds like a lot more than just denying her fate. Wookieepedia seems to imply it was more, and I don't generally think that means much, but in this case they have a point.
