Ya,..it's slim pickings for a sawbones pve guide.

But there is the Duffy pvp one that is pretty informative and seems to cross over.

Scoundrel Sawbones (healer) is the mirror of medicine operative.

So use this one, same utilities, but different icons for each. This is a pve setup useful for both factions of the same class.
