ssgrif
has happened to me before in the past. Just by clicking the mouse button whilst hovering over the game screen seems to bring it back for me.

Lheim
Two things: try right and left-clicking your mouse a few times, and if that doesn't work hit Ctrl+U twice to reload the UI.
ANZACwarrior
tried that, even reloaded the game, installed new mouse drivers, its in the game it has to be, i can plat and do anything as soon as i am in the game the mouse can highlight the items etc but there is no cursor, very strange, reminds me of the Win 95 days might just drop it in the bin and keep playing wow im sick of it already (sticks up middle finger)
Lurkz
Try clicking your middle mouse button. If that doesn't work, try clicking right/left/middle buttons all at once. Also, you said your OS is always prompting you to allow the game to play? Which OS are you using? It's possible there's a conflict between the game and the UAC junk in Windows. Try disabling UAC or running the game as administrator.
amandakun
My game does exactly the same thing. I just tap the windows key to bring up the menu, then RE-click on the ToR game screen (since it doesn't fully minimize when you do this) this makes the mouse curor reappear. Vexxation
Another way that 're-grabs' your mouse pointer is to angle your screen so you're 'looking down' (top down view) - mouse cursor should (should...) re-appear.
