Hidden/Bonus/Extra Scenes In Class Stories

I noticed that all the classes I have played so far had some extra/hidden cut scenes that the game won't direct you to. I am trying to gather what other people have found for those who want a complete play through like me. So far this is what I got...

Trooper

- At Voss, do NOT quick travel to your ship when you complete the final class quest & it directs you to use your ship holoterminal. Instead, travel all the way back to the spaceport hanger leading to your ship and talk to the soldier there. You will get a quick cut scene & he will reappear in the class quest in Corellia.

Agent

- At Balmorra, after you meet Chemish, talk to one of her lackeys for a quick cut scene where you can learn more about them or Gray Star.

- At Taris, there is a optional quest chain you get from a datapad near an entrance of an instance where you learn more about Ki Sazen.

- At the start of chapter 3, right after the first cut scene with Keeper, look for one of the new watchers and talk to them to get a brief cut scene.

Bounty Hunter

- When you first enter Nemro's palace, talk to Juda for a cut scene introducing yourself.

- Not a new cut scene but I want to mention this anyway, if you complete the entire Corellian planetary storyline first before your class storyline, Darbin will appear in it.

Consular

- The most I found was the fact that the Rift Alliance gives you different dialogue after every planet. Hoping someone found something else here.

Knight

- Do not remember when, but you get holo-recordings sent to your ship that you can view from Bengal Morr. There's a total of four iirc.

If anyone can fill me in on Smuggler, Warrior, Inquisitor, that would be great. Like I mentioned, it seems like every class has something hidden away where we just have to go out of our way. We don't have to try hard for the most part, but they can still be missed.

Knight: the messages are different for light and dark sides and he appears at different points on Corellia. Dark has option to kill him then

Bounty Hunter can talk to a man who is going to drop out of the Great Hunt. He will reappear at the end to congratulate you on winning.

I completely missed that on my bounty hunter! Thank you! This is why I started this thread. You can miss things like this so easy. Hoping someone will come in and talk about their smuggler because that's what I am currently working on.

<snip>

I've been looking for a thread like this! So glad you started one. This is why replaying class stories is so good; I often find cut scenes I've never seen before, however because of the way I play, it's quite probable that I've missed loads of them.

Assume spoilers:

Knight

- Do not remember when, but you get holo-recordings sent to your ship that you can view from Bengal Morr. There's a total of four iirc.

You get that version if you take the dark side option to allow Bengal Morr to go free and continue his dark side madness - he will send you four messages in which he does increasingly dark things in support of you becoming the best in the galaxy (or words to that effect) HOWEVER:

If you take the light side option of helping Bengal Morr back to the light, he will send you two messages (I think two, may be more) thanking you for helping him return to the Jedi. He will reappear for the Corellia story: if he's dark he will appear on the station to speak with you before you go down to the planet. If he is light he appears when you do the mission to round up the various Jedi (along with Lord Praven from Tatooine if you encouraged him to join the Jedi).

Here's another:

Agent: If you play as a female character and take all the light side options protecting Sanju Pyne, he can be found leaning against the door in the final cut scene when you speak to Lekern Renald. Before you leave that instanced area, speak to Sanju Pyne and you can pick the option to go on a date with him.

You can also invite Sanju Pyne to your ship crew in a dialogue option as female agent but of course he will deny.

I actually found this one yesterday, During the class quest on Balmorra: "Target Acquisition", if you take Forex or Jorgan with you, the NPC you speak with at the end of the quest; Druan, dies from his injuries, but if you take Elara with you, she stabilizes him, and he lives. I don't think you actually hear from him again, but I thought it was cool.

There are several things like that with Elara, where you can call upon her specialisation as a medic - the other one that springs to mind is in one of the later parts of the Belsavis segment, where the Republic officer is wounded by the Sith and there's a rancor-like thing coming.

It's a surviving echo of the pre-4.0 state of companions, where only one companion from each class could be a healer, and the Trooper's healing companion was Elara.

I'm not sure this really counts as a hidden or extra or bonus scene. Back in the day, when there was less quick travel, it was significantly harder to avoid it.

Thank you! I have been searching for one myself for the longest as well. My searches never returns anything fruitful, so I figure I should just start one. Hoping someone will still help out with Smuggler, Warrior, & Inquisitor. It seems like every class has at least 1 miss-able cut scene because there is no attention to it.

Actually I missed it completely when instant travel wasn't a thing. Mostly due to tunnel vision and there is no quest indicator above the soldier, you just have to remember that you talked to him at the start of the Voss story and be curious enough to see if he will talk to you. Now I bet 99% will just quick travel to ship & miss it completely.

Thanks to everyone who has posted, hope we can dig out some more. Already found a few I didn't know about.

Nothing to add but a very nice topic and reading though have found a few things I have not seen/encountered.

Nice list and well done. I dare say a lot or most will already be out there on other sites but nice to see it here as I very rarely ever visit other sites nowadays.

Smuggler - On Nar Shadda, once you have spoken to Druga (Drooga?) the Hutt for the first time, go and find the Mirialan lady on the barge and a conversation will open up. There will be other options to speak to her down the line and leads to a fun scene as you're leaving the planet.

Inquisitor - Probably well known but after you have completed your first class quest on Nar Shadda and go to your cults new location and hand in, the female cultist will have changed position and be standing in front of a terminal. There wont be a conversation icon above her but if you click on her a cut scene will start. Chat to her and select the "take a tour" option if you want to um well "take a tour". Think this convo only opens up for male Inqs.

Bounty Hunter - When you go to meet the Hunt Master after completing the Great Hunt, it will jump straight into a cut scene as you walk in. If you escape out, you can talk to the two other people in the room who made an appearance earlier in the campaign.

Jedi Knight - When first arriving on Coruscant and go to meet your Master in the Senate Tower, a cut scene will kick in as soon as u walk in the room, if you escape out you can talk to the peeps there and they will comment on your journey to Coruscant. No cut scenes though.

Agent-If you choose the right option at the end of the storyline it is revealed that SPOILER ERASED

You should be ashamed of yourself.

That's a substantial, epic spoil, and really doesn't belong here anyway, since it's not really hidden/bonus/extra in the same.

Mind providing links to the other sites? I have been looking for a comprehensive list of sorts for a long time and can never find one.

I have missed all these except 1 (the Smuggler one), thank you so much for providing them. Remember what might be obvious can still be missed so if any one thinks of anything at all, please post. Most of the examples given do not have any indicators. I wouldn't be surprised if most are missed in today's playstyle with instant travel and the rush.

In Consular's storyline, if you have recruited Captain Valon and his pirates to your cause, you can order them to assist you and the Rift Alliance at least in rescuing the King and Queen of Sarkhai, and also to bomb Guardian Holds on Corellia.

Thanks to everyone who posted! Remember, nothing is too small, this is for people who want a thorough playthru for the class story. There are alot of small details that can easily be missed. Anyone have anything on Sith Warrior?

I love this thread, when I start any new classes, I keep checking here, so I can see what I've missed, and watch them, and also see if I find something that isn't here. I haven't yet, but keeping my eyes open

An amazing thread, lots of secrets I never noticed before.

1) Not sure if this is a secret, but when Kira reveals her Big Secret to the JK, it's possible to persuade her not to reveal it to the council. I seem to remember that if you take this choice, you don't go to Tython at all, but after Act 1 finale there's a payoff where the Council is livid that you never told them. Can work for male or female JK. Immediately after this you talk to Admiral "ITS A TRAP", do not take the option to tell him about Kira.

2) This one applies beyond the class stories, but always click on npc questgivers both after they give you the mission, and after you turn in the mission for different dialogue each time. They stopped doing this around the time of SoR, probably for money reasons: VA may be cheap but you gotta wonder how many players will actually hear this? Similarly, NPCs prior to SoR will always say something when you refuse the quest. I'm so used to pressing ESC to get out of convos that it took awhile to realize this.

3) This may apply to other classes as well, but on Agent for both Vector and Kaliyo's companion arcs, if you finish the class story prior to doing them, the dialogue changes: Wheezer now calls you "a former intelligence agent" and the grumpy Zabrak calls you "the handler" rather than Cipher Nine. Note: avoid doing this for romanced chars because it's bugged: it shifts the romance arc after the default closing conversation.

4) Like inquisitors, neutral Cons get a nod and dialogue change in the act 3 finale; Satele now comments on your "balance". You still share the LS rewards though.

Oh nice! Thank you for these two! For number three, I can't believe they went to that level of detail. Usually they keep the dialogue the same and we are to assume our own time frame. The dialogue here makes it certain that the companion story can take place after your class story. For number four, I'm doing a inquisitor right now and happy to know this as I appear to be going the neutral route.

Just wanted to add to the thread, and I need a little help for this one, but for consular on Corellia, I remember there is a quest you can pick up to learn more about Syo's history. The help I need is if anyone remembers who gives it to you.

An amazing level of detail, and yet theron doesn't comment on IA double agents. Sigh.

Forgot about this one. This is a secret more in line with your OP in that there is no formal quest iirc. Bakvalen Hall is one of the boss zones [i think it's the CotE Trooper?]. There's another path inside the building you can take which leads you to a room. It's a location trigger for a comp [i did it with Nadia] who explains Syo's history. When he shows up in hologram after the fight you can comment on this and he will briefly relive his childhood.

A few more:

1) inquisitors can persuade Rahenna Rist to meet with the Jedi on Alderaan without threatening her. Once there, inquisitors can persuade the Jedi to romance Rehenna in exchange for the family macguffin. He makes another appearance if you let him go in the cave.

1a) inquisitors have a ton of options for persuading Ashara depending on gender, alignment., and story choices. I think the default is DS: the fake assassins and torture with lightning, but it's possible to get her allegiance without a DS shift.

None of these where or are hidden... If you played the game, do all of the missions and explore every where you will find all of these. They have been there since the beginning, they are nothing new.

Back when you had to do ALL of the mission/quests on the planets before Quick Traveling everywhere and massive amounts of EXP were introduced, you would find these simply by playing the game.

Now it's all about SKIPPING everything just to get to the end.

In doing this the Skippers miss allot of content in the game. Then they Whine about NOT having enough content, even though it is there and has been there all along for them to play. All they have to do is PLAY the GAME and NOT SKIP EVERYTHING.

But it they did that then they would have to find something else to whine about.
