MiaRB Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Expertise is a much better system to determine who is skilled. . . expertise cancels out for the most part, even with champ gear vs BM gear. so it is about who is more skill and less about what the gear can do. without expertise, pvp would be all about who farms the most OPs.
