Right or Wrong: Act I

In the Corellian sector, the peaceful planet of Talus has much darker things going on.

Master McCay is alerted to a situation and calls in help from Pathfinder and Delta Company. They quickly move to nearby camp as the Jedi Master informs them of the potentially dangerous situation.

While McCay speaks with the group, he sends Captain Silesse and Jedi Crista to seek out the entrance of a once Republic Lab.

Master McCay speaks quickly, knowing the situation will only get worse the longer they wait.

"Dr. Tinon, a once well respected scientist, has gone off the grid with the Republic forces that were assigned to him. A man who was hand picked by former Corellian senator, Ian Remion, to work on developing counter-agents for biological weapons the Empire may use."

"The Republic became concerned and sent in several SIS to investigate. What they found...it is why they called in for help."

"Dr. Tinon has started to test biological weapons on Imperial citizens. While where the doctor was getting them from is unknown, the Republic wants to put a stop to this before any information gets out and pushes more systems towards the Empire. The primary objective is to rescue any prisoners. Secondary is stopping Dr. Tinon and bringing him in for questioning."

As the Jedi Master finishes up the briefing, Captain Silesse contacts the team that they have spotted the entrance and have noticed many guards blocking the way in. The rest of the team quickly departs to meet up with the captain and Jedi Crista.

Seeing that there was no way to avoid conflict, Jedi Master Jones divides the team into two groups. Jedi Davaren, Captain Silesse, Jedi Vorina and Jedi Daeros are assigned to locate the doctor, stall him while the rest search the bunker for prisoners and then take him into custody. If they can keep Dr. Tinon from learning of the rest of the team searching the lab, they may be able to save more people.

The other team is led by Master McCay. They wait until Jedi Davaren's team has engaged the enemies and start to enter the lab.

As the first team work their way in, in search of the doctor, McCay's team checks the rest of the rooms.

All they find is death. Every prisoner they find has met a horrible end. Sores litter their exposed skin. Jedi Crista suggests to incinerate the dead bodies to keep this from getting free to infect the planet. With Master McCay agreeing, she works quickly.

At the other end of the lab, Jedi Davaren and his team finally locate Dr. Tinon. Davaren works quickly playing a role to convince the doctor that he is there to help. With some doubt, Jedi Daeros follows Davaren's lead, thus giving the other team some more time.

McCay's team finally find some living prisoners. Jedi Ranner and Jedi Crista work to unlock the cell. With the help of Envy, Valad and Jarren, the team starts to get the prisoners out of the cell. With everyone out of the room, except Master McCay, Jedi Jarren and Master Envy, one prisoner loses his balance and presses a button on a control. Gas starts to enter the room, alarms blare. A computer voice echoes through the halls, "Ten minutes until complete cleansing of the entire lab."

Knowing what that could mean, Master McCay's team hurries to get everyone out. Master Envy, Jedi Jarren and McCay all start to cough as they get the prisoners outside.

Inside, Captain Silesse stuns the doctor, while Jedi Davaren works quickly to download the information from the doctors computer.

"Two minutes until complete cleansing," the automatic system message continues as the rest of the team gets to safety.

The lab explodes as the doors slam shut, killing anyone or anything still alive in there.

After getting their breathe back from the run out, the team heads back to the Republic base, not far away. But all isn't all good with the team. At the base, the team quickly realizes that Master Jones, Jedi Jarren and Master Envy have been infected by something. The prisoner who they saved goes from bad to worse in a short time, eventually leading to his death.

Jedi Davaren works on the data he recovered as Captain Silesse speaks with Dr. Tinon. Davaren finding a potential antidote, sends two teams to find the parts. One team to get blood from an Acklay. The other to find the liver of a wampa.

With some quick thinking, the captain finally gets the doctor to help her friends. With the teams returning, Dr. Tinon uses his skills to adjust the antidote to slow the nano-virus.

Each Jedi is injected with the experimental antidote. Each one recovers some but not without some painful side effects.

Have the Jedi bought their friends some time? Can they locate Dr. Rezi somewhere on Naboo? And who was the one pulling the strings in this? There is no time to waste.

I have been given back Pathfinder. In such, we will be making some changes to the guild. If you are interested, please check out our site in the original post.

Once these changes are done, I will be updating the main post.

Things are in motion and looking upwards. I encourage people to come to any Pathfinder event regardless if you are interested in joining or just to hang out and role play. Everyone is welcome.

At this time, we have three planned role play events for this week .

2/12 - 9pm eastern. With our sister guild, Delta Company, we will be holding a joint training for troopers and Jedi. While Jedi might find it not to their liking, it should be entertaining to there. Location is still being determined.

2/14 - 9pm eastern. On Tython, near the southern statue, there will be a discussion on the Living Force. All points of view will be welcomed. I will tend to keep the discussion on topic if people come to deliberately try to take the discussion off course.

2/16 - 10pm eastern. We will be hosting our first Apprentice Tournament. This is designed for Jedi Initiates and Jedi Padawans who seek a Master. I encourage all Jedi Initiates and Jedi Padawans to come and participate in it. I also encourage any Jedi Master or Jedi Knight seeking a Padawan to come and watch. The plan is to hold this event on the third Saturday of each month, just in case you are unable to make this one.

The event will be in three stages. First will be sparring matches between the Jedi Initiates and Jedi Padwans so they may showcase their skills with the blade. The object is not to win but to show what you know.

The next stage will be in Force abilities. For those who have been to our past events, this is purely role play, IE: using emotes. If you are new to using Emotes, feel free to ask any member of Pathfinder there for help.

The last stage will be a Q&A session to allow Jedi Masters and Jedi Knights to ask questions to the Jedi Initiates and Jedi Padawans. They will, in turn, be able to ask the Jedi Masters and Jedi Knights questions too.

Here is a brief recap:

On Tython, the Pathfinder sect held an Apprentice Tournament for any Jedi Initiate or Jedi Padawan seeking a Jedi Master. Here is a rundown of the tournament.

Many turned out to watch the young ones show off their skills in combat, force abilities and knowledge. Jedi Foxesek, Jedi Sairyn, Jedi Laurance, Jedi Ju'zel and Jedi Aji'hann'arae all did well in the various areas.

In the combat aspect, Jedi Ju'zel and Jedi Foxesek did the best. They were able to defeat their opponents, and show the watching Jedi their skills with the blade.

In the Force abilities aspect, every young Jedi was gifted with telekinesis enough to move three small rocks off the ground. While some took a few more attempts than others, it is just a first step in the long road to become a Jedi.

In the final session, the question and answer aspect, each Jedi was able to show their knowledge. It is clear each have a unique view on the various questions, as many answers were different from the others who answered. It seems clear each is a thinker and understands that being a Jedi is more than just about a lightsaber or using the Force.

Any Jedi who takes one of these young Jedi as a padawan learner will be getting a good student. Given that these young Jedi will be the future of the Order, the future of the Jedi is a bright one.

-Republic Spec. Com. has received information regarding a Lost Voss Artifact, The informant has stated that the Empire is working on sending an Elite unit to go recover it, Command has instructed us to send in a small extraction team to try and get artifact with minimal force. Orders will be sent out to Delta's command before then.

2/28 Force Practice: Telekinesis II ~ 9pm

-The second lesson in the skills of telekinesis.

3/2 Social Event: Voss-ka ~ 9pm

-From Cantina RP to random rp around Voss-ka, both Pathfinder and Delta Company will be there.

Right or Wrong: Act II, Chapter 1

A brief summery of the events that occured.

Delta Company assigned several members to watch over the Senator as he was to give his speech. As the speech began, a delivery boy brought a package to the senator. Doing their due diligence, Sergeant Razalei inspected the package.

Inside the package, wrapped in golden paper, was two organic items. The first was a golden rose. The second was the hand of a human man. This turn of events startled the senator. As everyone attempted to get the press conference back under way, a spike caused an explosion not far from the senator. Many were injured in the blast. None were killed.

Delta Company moved the senator quickly into the senate plaza for protection, while members of Pathfinder and Delta Company began to seek out what was going on. Sergeant Razalei located the spike to originate from the works, deep within Coruscant. The Jedi and the soldiers headed that way.

Realizing that the person was on the move, the teams went to the one place someone could get off the planet, the spaceport. As they questioned people, a stranger seemed to be different. AR-4 went searching for the delivery boy to see if there was any connection to this attack.

Deciding they had found the person, they brought him before the senator in the senate plaza after checking to make sure he was of no risk. Calling for his death, AR-4 tried to follow through with the Senator's command, only to be stopped by Major Airek.

Telling what he knew, the teams learned that the person behind this all was on Nar Shaddaa, the Violet Lounge. The man wore black armor with gold on it.

The teams arrived at the Violet Lounge to find the place torn apart. Body parts within the room, mass of papers and datapads on the table. In the cabinets, jars full of eyeballs stared back at the members of Pathfinder and Delta Company. Taking what they could, they contacted the local security to lock down the room.

A message came from a comm. It was the man who seems to be behind the attack. Though he didn't identify himself, he made claims that the senator was a bad person.

***GNN News Network Special Report***

Senator Wexen from Corellia made a trip out to the ravaged world of Taris. Members of Delta Company and Pathfinder were asked personally by the senator to be his security for the trip

The trip itself in part to deliver supplies to the troops. Given that Taris is in need of a lot of work, the soldiers there would benefit greatly from them.

Captain Leder went ahead of the team to check on security at the base in the Brell Sediment.

Lead by Major Airek Slayton, the team escorted the senator from Olaris through the ruins of Taris until they reached the Brell Sediment. The Jedi and soldiers there surrounded the senator as he walked to the Republic base.

As they reached the Brell Sediment, they were informed of some terrible news. One of the shipment of supplies that were being delivered was lost. It seems that the ship crashed not far from the base. Deeming that these supplies were too important, Senator Wexen asked if a team could go in search for them. Master Crista was willing to do so.

Along with Master Crista, Jedi Laurance, Sergeant Veritech, Jedi Gwynith, Master Ranner, Jedi Drakaska and Jedi Rizion went to seek out what was going on. What they encountered was only listed as horrible and dangerous. It seems to the GNN that the rakghouls were gathering in that location.

The remaining members of the security team stayed and watched over Senator Wexen. Major Airek, AR-4, Jedi Reynala and Jedi Miay keep an eye on things. The base remained calm as the senator walked around and spoke to the various troops.

Unable to retrieve the supplies, the team returned. Much to the dismay of the troops, Senator Wexen did what can only be called as heroic. According to our sources at the GNN, the senator is pledging his own credits to get supplies to these troops.

Reports show that the supplies are arriving at this moment of the report. It seems the senator wanted to avoid any cameras this time.

Earlier today, the senator's office gave a press release to the GNN.

It is unclear exactly when and where this event will take place. The senator's office is being tight lipped on it. As details become clear, we will bring them to you.
