After Phase 3 the possibility to find Brother's Ringleader is gone.

if you choose "lightsided" option after cetrain fight, and follow the further steps, he just does not appear anywhere in Mek-Sha. Mission stuck.

The "Brotherhood Emancipation" does not even show where you need to look for first clue, so again.. impossible to proceed with it.
