are there any updates available concerning the optimization of the UI to reduce the ability delay problem?

I still have these problems!

For example, on my powertec, i often have the Problem that the four stacks of Energy Burst arent deleted after using the ability but the heat was build up and no damage was done to the target. That is very annoying.

If would be nice if other players would confirm that this problem is still an issue that needs to be fixed asap.
