I have heard rumors that the Black Talon loot table has been bugged since Beta. The Pants and Helms do not drop at all and certain other pieces drop way more often than some. Bounty Hunter gear seems to be the most common drop and the lightsaber from the Jedi at the end. But no pants or helms for any class are dropping at all. Can someone at Bioware confirm this and let us know if we can expect a fix? Thanks
